Create a Guest Book ?

I want to Create a Guest Book .Is this possible? I have heard that i need a style sheet to make it ..does anyone know of a free easy to use guestbook function?

U can create a guestbook in PHP.it is very simple in php. It consists of these things:

User entering the message & name
Inserting into a database
Redirecting the user
Displaying the information

I've never heard of creating a guestbook with the use of stylesheet. The only way i have ever heard of was to use a server-side language such as php or asp.
