Limiting outgoing emails

I recently set up a website for an organization in order to publish their stories. When they tried to publish the article, it could not be emailed.It was then that I discovered that my reseller account limited the outgoing emails to 500 per hour. So I think this would have been the problem.

On a shared account outgoing email is often throttled to protect the server from spammers.
