Default Internal Link Regarding Multiple Scene

How come when i select "Go To" and then the scene # the ".......and Play" option is available, but when i select "go to" "<next scene>" or "<previous scene>" the "and Play" option is greyed out? Is there a way to use the "and Play" option when using the "<next/previous> scene" command or a way around this?
Also, how it can be re-orderd the scene order and re-name the scenes?

Instead of just adding GO TO, add:
On Something
Go To Next Scene
Play
End
Add the Play action separately. To name Scenes go to Modify/Scene and type the name. To reorder go to Window/Inspectors/Scene and you will see all your scenes. You can drag the scenes up and down and arrange them in any order you want.
