Default Movie Clip

Hi, I've got a 20 frame by frame animation. In order to move it and animate it further I've converted it to a movie clip. It plays just fine under the library preview tab, but when i drag it on the stage it only brings in one frame?! It definetely is a movie clip, not a graphic and it does have all 20 frames when u try to edit the movie clip. Any ideas? please help me out.

Default Movie Clip

Have you tried Testing the Animation with Ctrl + Enter. Flash 4 doesn't allow you by default to view your Movie Clips without Testing them. If that still doesn't work check the properties of it by doubleclicking on it and make sure tht it is set to Movie Clip. That should do the trick!
