I use handy networks for my windows servers and I'm more than happy with the service, the quality of hardware and bandwidth. I use HELM as control panel and although it is not perfect, it does the job just fine.

Hmmm...
Maybe a Dual Quad Core setup (or a Quad dual core), 16 GB RAM, 4X1TB drives on RAID 10.cPannel is also nice.

2 x Xeon Quad-Core Clovertown 2.0Ghz
16GB RAM, 6 x 146GB SCSI, Mirroring RAID-10
10MBPS UNMETERED on a BGP network

Fully managed, Virtuozzo (VPS), cPanel and Plesk on it.. and 1 hour delivery!
