Default Level of Interactivity was Low

Well, 17 years back when we used to do create webpages, we were having system of hypertext which gives users a high degree of selectivity over the information they chose to view, but their level of interactivity with that information was very low.

Now a days, the world wide web has changed a lot, Hypermedia had opened up many options for new kinds of sensory input a user might receive, including access to graphics, text, or even videos. However, I still believe that the Web lacked true interactivity—real-time, dynamic, and visual interaction between the user and application.
