Start dreamwear at your end, the right click and click on the New File from the short cut menu, name the page as index.html or index.htm. Now double click the new page to open it.

Great, now let us expand the page view, so that you can view the full width of the page.
Now, you need to specify the basic settings and properties for the page.

well, I have never teached like this to anybody, but no problem, I am enjoying this to share my know how with you.

From the menu optinos click on the Modify and then on the page properties, a dialogue box will appear, in the enter the title of the page, let, top width, and height margin as 0, and rest are self explanatory terms.
